Grand Rose Banquets & Events is seeking applicants to fill openings for part-time banquet server position also banquet bartender position.
Duties include but not limited to greeting guest, taking food to customers, helping other wait staff, cleanliness of ballroom/work area, making sure food going out to ballroom is correct and brought in a timely manner.
Duties include but not limited to making drinks to spec recipe, Demonstrating responsible alcohol service, Handling cash & other forms of payment, Making proficient sales transactions – using a point-of-sale system, Properly checking I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under 30 years old, Maintaining proper cash drawer balances, Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge.. Previous banquet experience preferred but we are willing to train!
** Banquet servers who are not food safety certified will take a mandatory class before starting.
** Bartenders must be TIP certified or willing to take the course before starting
